Our Philosophy: Only The Best For You And Your Pet
Our philosophy regarding pet-care is really quite straightforward and based around one very simple premise: We treat all pets as if they were our own.
What we will offer is no less than we would do or expect done for any one of our own pets if they were in need of veterinary attention. Upon this foundation lies our whole existence.
This is a simple philosophy really as all we ever have to ask ourselves is 'What would I do if this were my pet?'.
Similarly you will find that a common line we use when discussing your pets care is 'If this was my pet what I would do is....'.
Our job is to offer and provide you with the best and safest for your pet and we will never compromise on this.
Our principles are:
- we only employ the best of veterinary and nursing staff and reward them accordingly;
- we ensure we have only the very best of equipment and that we are equipped to the highest standard possible;
- we guarantee that the outside agencies we use such as our laboratory provider or referral practices are the best we can find;
- we acknowledge that we cannot be experts in every area and will offer referral to specialists at the earliest opportunity if we feel this is in the best interests of your pet;
- we insist on comprehensive ongoing professional education to ensure our knowledge is fresh and up-to-date;
- we will listen to you and always take your wishes into consideration when formulating a plan for your pet's care.
When you come to us we will do our very best to explain everything to you, to give you all the options for your pet, to explain the costs of each option and we will help you decide what is best for your pet. However ultimately you are the person responsible for deciding the direction your pet's care shall take. We will always respect those wishes but at the same time we will never leave any pet in pain or discomfort unnecessarily.
